His portfolio boasts the successful execution of 5,000+ events in India, including a record-breaking 484 events during a single year in the COVID era — a true testament to his dedication, adaptability, and leadership.

Tapan’s journey began as an Event Organiser at Jain College, where he mastered the nuances of logistics, coordination, and audience engagement. His global perspective was sharpened during his tenure as a Project Manager at The Prop House in Brisbane, Australia — a premier theming and event company known for large-scale, high-impact productions.
